How The Pub Crawl Works:

The event is a walking tour of downtown pubs, bars, and restaurants.

The walk will start at the participating platinum sponsoring bar. The walk will be a wave of patrons starting at 8pm and ending at 12:30am, when the pub crawl officially ends again at the starting bar. This will relieve any concerns regarding a crushing rush of patrons that are in your establishment for 1 hour and then leave. Instead, each venue should experience constant waves of patrons that will arrive at staggered times throughout the evening, and stay for varying lengths of time.

At the bar of each participating crawl stop, each patron will be given a chip. In order for the patron to receive his/her chip they must redeem a ticket (that they secured at the start of the crawl) each chip will be unique in color to each participating establishment. Ensuring that all patrons visit every stop on the crawl, there will be a grand prize drawing of $500 awarded to the patron who has 1) all 5 chips, 2)arrives back at the participating platinum sponsoring bar by 12:30am to redeem their chips and be entered in the grand prize giveaway.
